Remember, It's not just the knowledge
filled in your brain that will win civil
services battlefield for you, But its
you who have to won it for yourself.
A minimum 6-8 hrs sound sleep.
(A mistake made by most student as the
pressure of course increases with
arrival of examination date).
Don't use excessive quantity of
stimulants like Tea, Coffee, tobacoo etc
to increase your study hours.
Drink 4-5 Litre Water Daily.
(Small packs-multiple times)
Change your posture time to time.
5-10 minutes light morning exercise.
Practice Yoga & Meditation for
increasing concentration, Overcoming
stress and relieving anxiety.
Study place must be properly lightened
and well ventilated.
Don't Quit Breakfast (A mistake made by
most aspirants). Take Balanced Diet
(specific to your needs-Take
Dietician/Nutritional expert support)
with special attention to vitamins &
mineral.
